Gupshup Website
· Website, UI/UX, Branding, Design System
The Gupshup website project is a part of a larger rebrand for the enterprise. I was responsible for the ideation, wireframing and dev-ready mockups of the website.
The project also involved creating a design library with responsive web and mobile components for seamless scalability.
Key Objectives
Enhanced Site Architecture & UX
To create a smoother, more intuitive browsing experience and improve content discovery across the site.
Conversion-Focused Design
To drive user engagement and turn visitors into leads through clear CTAs and SEO-informed structure.
Robust Product & Industry Pages
To effectively showcase Gupshup’s expanding suite of offerings and their relevance across verticals.
Scalable, Cohesive Design System
To ensure strong brand consistency while enabling rapid scalability through a comprehensive, reusable component library.
Wireframing
To support intuitive navigation, the information architecture was restructured around communication channels, Solutions by industry and role, and product capabilities. Each section of the site was thoughtfully designed to minimize copy while maintaining clarity, striking a balance between technical depth and easy comprehension.

Art Style
I led a complete visual rebrand for Gupshup, with the website serving as a major touchpoint of the new identity. The color palette was unified across the site, and the typography refined to feel more welcoming, modern, and readable. The updated design language placed emphasis on clean product interface visuals and naturalistic photography, showing how Gupshup’s deep tech expertise meaningfully improves the lives of their clients’ end users.
A Scalable Design System
As part of the web design, i also built out a full component library with clearly defined parameters for fonts, object styling, paddings and borders etc. This not only sped up the development time of the website but also served as a ready guide to inform other media such as social media and digital documents
